Welcome to Doha Shifting. These Terms and Conditions state the usage policy applicable to the use of our services. As the user of this website and/or the consumer of our services – you agree to all policies stated herein. Services
1. Booking and Appointments:
To set up an appointment with Doha Shifting, you have to fill in and submit correct and relevant information about your office. It is your responsibility to make sure that the information produced by you is accurate.
2. Service Availability:
We endeavor to make our services to be as scheduled to meet the needs of the society. However, all services we provide are under the provision that we might change, suspend or terminate the service in part or in whole at any time. We will endeavor to inform you in advance of any changes and/or cancellations to the booking.
Payment
1. Fees and Charges:
In tariff we promise to make all forms of charges and fee for our services known to you when you make a booking. You understand that you will have to pay for the services that you request according to the agreed amount stated herein.
2. Payment Methods:
Now as for the matter of payment the hotel accepts different types of payments which will be mentioned to the client at the time of their booking. A full payment request can be made before the service or after it has been rendered unless a special arrangement is made.
Client Responsibilities
1. Access and Preparation:
You must ensure that you furnish access to the premise where the service is to be delivered. Also, one has to make sure the areas concerned are ready to facilitate the service without compromising on safety or efficiency.
2. Accurate Information:
Selection and booking of offered services is possible only in case that many provide accurate and complete information. If it is not done, then it could lead to tardiness or extra expenses incurred.
Liability
1. Limitation of Liability:
EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY Our services are offered to you without warranties or conditions expressed or implied; therefore, Doha Shifting will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages claimed for or resulting from the use of our services. However we are liable to you for any claims that arise from the use of our services only to the tune of the amount charged for the services.
2. Force Majeure:
These terms shall be governed by the law applicable to the country and district of our company’s location, and you agree that our failure or delay in performing any of our obligations under these terms is not a breach of these terms if it is caused by events beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to a natural disaster or an act of war.
Privacy
Your access to the services also does come with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we obtain, manage, and secure your data. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Services and thus the use of our services means that you accept its terms.
Modifications to the General Conditions
Changing is possible for these Terms and Conditions by our discretion at any time. Amendments will also be made to this page; therefore, any updates to the terms will be effective upon being made to this page. We will indicate any change in the site’s POLICY/TERMS and conditions, and your continued use of the site means you agree to the new terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to and shall be governed by the laws of Qatar. The law governing these terms is the law of Qatar and any controversy, dispute, or Claim arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved, where permitted by the applicable law, in the courts of Qatar.
